Policies
Reservation/Check-in Policy: Vacation Reservations require the first nights charges to secure the reservation. Golf Packages - A $100.00 per person deposit is required to set up and confirm golf packages. Rates are subject to resort fees and 13% local and state tax; tax rates may change without notice. Reservations are not final until property acceptance via email. The balance of room charges is due upon arrival. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, or traveler’s checks. Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later; check-out time is 11:00 AM. I.D. will be required at check-in. Parent or Guardian must occupy the room with guests less than 21 years of age. Management reserves the right to require a damage deposit. One parking space per bedroom will be provided. Cribs are available for no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy: 90% of your deposit will be refunded if notification is received more than two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date; failure to cancel within two weeks of arrival or not showing up on arrival date constitutes forfeiture of deposit paid.
